Ingredients
- 12 tomatillos, husked and quartered (about 10 oz)
- 1/2 c chopped cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 serrano pepper, plus more for garnish (optional)
- 2 fl oz water
- 2 fl oz vodka
- 1/2 fl oz lime juice
Instructions
- Char the serrano peppers. You can either do this with a kitchen torch or by roasting in a 450 degree oven for about 20 minutes, rotating twice. Once charred, remove the seeds from the one going into the drink. Leave garnishes intact.
- Toss all the ingredients into a blender or large food processor. Pulse a few times to get it started then blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses and garnish heavily before serving.
